Greetings,

Hi everyone, I need a little help and suggestions. I want to make my career in HR. I am a commerce graduate and have experience in BPO. If you could help me by guiding me on what course to pursue and which institutes are really good and can help me get a job after completing the course. I am planning to do a distance MBA in HR. Will it help in my progress?

Please help. I am a new member of this site and don't know much about how to take steps forward. Any suggestions and ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks & Regards
