If new employee don’t want PF to be deducted & submits letter to Hr and his basic is more than 10000/-,does employer has any liability to pay employer contribution? can anyone help on this

If an employee's salary is more than Rs. 6500/- per month at the time of entering the organization, he will not come under the purview of the PF Act. Therefore, you do not need to deduct from the employee or contribute from the employer's side.

Thanks Rajasekaran as i was told that new employee has to submit form 11 or a letter to HR requesting the employer not to deduct so was my doubt thanks again
