It's really educative order, and thanks very much to the Advocate & subscriber who made their efforts to put on records for other subscribers to learn and record for their reference.

In my opinion, no court should allow these types of penal damages by government agencies that exceed banking overdraft rates for the industry. Industries create jobs for the middle class, and they must be granted relief from such bureaucracy. Due to government apathy, there is widespread unemployment, impacting even state governments through reduced revenue. We should learn lessons from countries like China.
