I have given an interview at Sapient Nitro in Bangalore through eLitmus. However, after 10 days, I have been shortlisted from my college for the same company. What should I do? The company has not mentioned such a thing in the criteria.

Please discuss with your college campus interview drive department and get clarification regarding your doubt. If they are unable to make a decision, then you can ask the HR Department person who will be visiting your college during the Campus Interview. This is a matter of the company's policy and is not bound by any law.

You may go ahead and attend the interview through the college, but do mention your previous interview with the company before attending or during the interview. Either they ask you to attain again or they ask you to leave. Do not neglect the chance because if you have performed well in your previous interview, you will have a double chance. If you haven't performed well before, you may have another chance. All you have to do is mention this when you attend the interview.
Wish you all the best.

You just ask the Receptionist to give the line to HR Department. Then you discuss the issue with the department head regarding your issue.

Dear friends,
My son posted his CV on Naukri.com and received an email from M/S Vibon Oil & Gas Company, Malaysia, informing him of his selection. He has been sent the letter of appointment for confirmation and to proceed with further formalities to join them. As we are in India, we were expecting an interview, either in person, online, or via video, which has not taken place in this instance. While I have no reason to doubt their actions, I would appreciate insights from those familiar with this organization regarding whether or not to accept the appointment.
I would greatly appreciate a prompt response.

Dear Mr. Johri,
These are all fake messages. If you contact them over the phone or via email, they will respond. Subsequently, they will request USD 250 for creating a file for visa processing. If you pay this amount, they will then demand USD 750 or more for visa processing charges, under various guises. Following this, they will instruct you to wait for 15 days or a week before contacting them again. After some time, the account where you deposited the money will be empty, and no one will answer the phone, or the SIM card will be discarded. You will be left without a job or the return of your money.
Therefore, do not respond to such messages.
