Dear All,
I am currently working in a IT company and have resigned recently... Below are my details.
Joining Date : 19/11/2007
Last Working Date: 14/11/2012
Last year in the month of october i had taken leave of 1 month and it was a paid leave.
Now Am I eligible for Gratuity? Please let me know !!!!!

Dear shrey,
Firstly you check the status of yours total working days in your company,according to yours details its not cover 5 years working days which is applicable for gratuity payment.
Other side its totally depend on your company that they pay you the gratuity amount or not as per the same.

Hi Shrey
Under gratuity act in india, an employee should work 4 years 240 days for eligible gratuity, each year 240 days should work for counting an year.
based on above check your details.
