Please share with me:

1. What is the objective of leave?
2. What are the penalties? Why do organizations give leaves to their employees?
3. How do you calculate leave in a calendar year and on what basis?

I am also looking for a job in HR in the Mumbai area. If anyone knows of a vacancy in HR, kindly reply.

Dear Jyoti,

Leaves are given to employees so that they can spend some time with their loved ones. PL (Privilege Leave) is calculated on a pro-rata basis. PL is credited according to the number of days worked in the previous year. CL (Casual Leave) & SL (Sick Leave) are given as per the Company's policy. PL, CL, and SL are calculated based on the calendar year.

Thank you, Mr. Ankit.

I also want to know the PF, ESIC, and Gratuity limit updates, new forms, and old forms details. Additionally, could you please provide information on the skilled, unskilled, and semi-skilled employees' limits (minimum wages) as determined by the government in Mumbai?
