Assuming a total salary of 44,000 * 12 = 5,28,000. If you don't use 80C or HRA, then TDS will be 35,600 per year, i.e., 3,000 per month. If you use 80C, then your TDS should be 22,800 per year, i.e., 1,900 per month. If you claim HRA and 80C, then TDS will be lower depending on your HRA amount.
