The following are the basic requirements for employee welfare:

Placing a cycle pump and maintaining it if workers use bicycles.
Clean and purified drinking water provision.
If possible, subsidized hygienic food.
Tea at tea intervals.
Issue of uniforms, including waterproofs if required.
School facility for their children and maintaining good standards in the schools.
Organizing get-togethers to understand their requirements.
All these require additional funding.
