How do you attend the office in the daytime? If TA is paid to you, surely the company won't give you both. I suggest you let go of the TA and seek transport facility for both your day and night shifts. Alternatively, seek petrol expenses and drive down on your own in your vehicle. 15km can be covered in 30 min. You can also claim maintenance expenses as per your company policy. All the best.
