If an employee has worked for 2 years in any organization, can he withdraw his pension immediately or does he have to wait until he attains the age of 58 years?
An employee who has worked with X company for 2 years, then resigned from that organization and joined Y company, wherein he worked for 2 years, then resigned from there to join an establishment for 5 years. However, during these 10 years of service, he has not withdrawn but transferred his Employee Pension Fund. Then we consider it as continuous service of ten years.
Thanks,
Ankita

Ankita,
Sorry, I misunderstood. If his continuous service is 10 years, he cannot withdraw; he has to get a scheme certificate. Then, the pension will start to come after 58 years. If he has not withdrawn and transferred, then we have to consider this as continuous service.
Other than that, if his service is more than 6 months, he will be eligible to withdraw if he does not have continuous service of ten years.

Hi Sir,
I worked with X company for 18 months, then joined Y company for 6 months, and I am presently working with Z for the last 3 years. Can I take advantage of continuation service for the pension fund? What is the process of transferring the pension fund to the present company's pension fund?

Hi, sir.
I worked in X company for 4 years, and I have now joined Y company. I have decided to withdraw my PF due to some personal reasons. Can I withdraw my pension contribution as well? If not, where will my previous employee pension money go? Can I receive my pension money along with my PF withdrawal? Please explain the amount of the employee pension fund and how it carries over, or if I am not eligible for that in the case of early PF withdrawal.
