2, bonus is compulsory for all employee.
3, what is the celing of bonus.
4, Its return submission time.
5, How older establishment coverd under the bonus act.
6, Can bonus distribute twice in a year.
7, Minimum or maximum bonus.

Bonus Calculation
If Basic+DA(FDA+VDA) is greater or eqaual to 3500 then 20 percent on 3500 and if Basic+DA is less than 3500 then 20 percent on actual.e.g:if Basic+Da is 4500 then bonus will be 3500*20% per month and if basic+da is 2500 then bonus will be 2500*20%.
