Dear Members, We have issued Transfer order to one employee, he is not reported to transfered location and existing location. How we have to proceed legally. Can ane one please guide us. P.S.Kumaar

Dear Mr. P.S. Kumaar,

Have you contacted the person on the telephone? Try to find out what his problem is. Is he sick and unable to report for his duties? Has he met with some accident?

If there are no valid grounds, then send a notice to his last known address, mentioning relevant details in your letter. Tell him to report to the new location immediately.

If he does not respond or fails to report, send him one more notice. If he still remains at large, then conduct a formal inquiry and terminate his services.

Dear DVD,

Thank you for your immediate response. He is neither sick nor has he had an accident; he is unwilling to relocate to the transferred location. He informed his manager that he intends to resign, but he has not formally submitted a resignation letter; instead, he has absconded.
