I have an Excel sheet containing passport details such as issue and expiry dates. I would like to set a reminder before the expiry date. I have been trying on my own but couldn't get the desired result.

Dear Aejaz,
Why can't you use Yahoo or Gmail Calendar? Both are equally good. I have uploaded 600 events in my Yahoo calendar. I found it much useful. If you have an Android phone, then you can sync your phone calendar with the Gmail calendar. When you make a change in one calendar, a corresponding change in the other calendar happens automatically. The phone calendar can be used offline as well.
