i need excel sheet that i can put it in main computer in the company
any every employee come and enter his id and password then push in, excel sheet automatically keep his inter time,when he want to leave also he enter his id and password and push out automatically keep his out record,and this for all employee
notes,time calculate per hours,and i can search find for every employ his record for a month,

Alternatively, you may consider to start putting the information available for the employee in a definite pattern so that it can be accessed by everyone, who may need to. The problem with such an internal effort is that, it remains a patch work. Please consider a solution , in totality. You may share the areas, that you find difficult for us to brainstorm it further.

If your question is about maintaining (check in/out) record for every individual employee, excel sheet won't work for this purpose on a large scale. You better go for AMS (attendance management system).
