As HR professionals, we have become more alert, and we are maintaining the brand reputation of our organization with proper compliance. Compliance with minimum wages is one of those aspects. Unfortunately, none of the state governments or the Union Ministry of Labour is serious about providing information on the latest changes on their websites. The minimum wages we know are through searching online, and even that is not updated frequently.
I request all team members to upload a scanned copy of the notification of minimum wages here. This will help the entire HR fraternity. Thereafter, we can discuss it further as well.
