It seems that the job/working environment in your organization is not good, hence you are trying to create an environment where employees would work very comfortably. Please try to find out first where you went wrong and why you want to create a new environment.

It happened in an organization where I worked. Our boss used to say we were not at all enthusiastic; we were mediocre; unproductive; lackluster performance... mostly demoralizing criticisms and abusive words.

It so happened once that after 60 days, our boss had to go on leave. Incidentally, or invariably, the performance was better; sales figures went up; we were all cheerful; the working atmosphere was cordial.

Obviously, once my boss returned after leave, management showed him the door in order to retain talent in the organization...

The flaws and shortcomings that we see in others are nothing but the projection of our own minds - so said a holy person. We can cite the findings of Yudhishthira, who said everyone else is better than him, and Duryodhana, who claimed that all others he met are bad people. Rangaji shared his experience along these lines. Most people quit their jobs not because of their wrong attitude and/or poor job satisfaction but due to the attitude of a boss with poor management practices.
