- Good communication skills (spoken as well as written)
- Arranging staff travel plans and event logistics, coordinating with travel agents for employee and guest tour schedules
- Leave management: Ensuring the update of employee leave records
- Ensuring appropriate procurement and inventory levels of office stationery
- Checking employee expense claims
- Maintaining proper employee HR record files, coordinating with PF consultants, and updating PF records timely
- Providing new joiners with a joining kit (appointment letter, offer letter, visiting cards, accessories, etc.)
- Arranging team building and training activities, coordinating with staff and external agencies
- Organizing pre-employment health check-ups for employees
