Some of the latest HR practices present in the current scenario are potential appraisal and assessment centers. The HR is also concentrating on meritocracy and trying to convert normal workers into knowledge workers.
Human resources are also becoming a strategic part of the organization, and HR budgeting and costing are new dimensions of human resources.
