Honestly speaking, if you have completed your MBA and "know something," then I would request you to please do your MBA properly. I completed my MBA in 2008 with a specialization in Finance. I entered the field of HR as a payroll specialist for only 3 months, and I know everything about HR. It's about how you love your work. If you really want to be in HR, please love your work, and you will know everything.

Mr. Amarjeet Singh, I am in agreement with you. Nobody is perfect on this earth. Mr. Naved, why are you working in HR when you have a finance background?
