I will advise you to approach any good consultancy who can facilitate your organization to get this certifications... As on now the thing is like that, if you not implemented the things at ground level, your documents should be perfect... For getting these standardizations the documentation part is very strong... I think this thread will not be sufficient and will not be much helpful to you...
