Hi members!

I am a new member and, to introduce myself, I hold a BCom in Human Resource Management. I will soon be required to take a psychometric test for a specific company in the HR field within the upcoming week. Could you please assist me with information on the structure of the psychometric test? Can I prepare intensively for all human resource topics and issues? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your response.

This is the kind of test used by professional HR for measuring Aptitude & Mental ability.

For your ready reference, please see the narration below:

These tests aim to measure attributes like intelligence, aptitude, and personality, providing a potential employer with insight into how well you work with other people, how well you handle stress, and whether you will be able to cope with the intellectual demands of the job.

There are two main types of psychometric tests:

Psychometric selection test:
- Personality & interest test
- Aptitude & Ability test

Keeping the above in mind, you may prepare for the test.

Thanks.
