Last eight days ESI portal is disrupted. Is there any other way we can allot ESI numbers to employees?

Better do this early in the morning or have to stay back late, as disruption is due to the frequency of people using the portal in the daytime. Otherwise, there is no other way, and everyone is suffering.

The issue is different, and it is confirmed with the ESI office. The site has been under maintenance for the last eight days. ESI officials are not responding with an alternative solution. In our case, the deployment of contract workers is in high volume, and the principal employer does not allow us to enter the premises without allotting ESI numbers to the contract workers.
