I'm not sure if they still visit the company location for photo sessions. Please let me know the location of your company, and I'll check the same with ESIC.

You have no other way than to take photos at your local ESI office. All the ESI offices are equipped with CCTV cameras to photograph your employees' families. You can inform your employees accordingly.

HR people should gather details from all employees first, then enter them online to obtain IP numbers. This information will be valid for 6 months. Meanwhile, you need to arrange (or request) a photo session either in your office or send the employees to the ESIC office.
