NLP, when you surf the net, you can understand varieties of definitions for it. To make it simple, it means N - Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Programming the language to the brain - just like the computer, a human too can program the brain to whatever he/she wants. Just like when you install a program on a computer and want to change it, you need to delete the program and create or modify the program to something useful. Similarly, you can create, modify, or delete programs running in your brain to increase your memory status and work more productively and efficiently in the world. Amazing... at the same time true....

How can a person modify or delete their memory? We can't forcefully forget something. However, even if we could, how can we choose which memories to delete and which to keep?
If this were possible, we could help people delete memories of tragedies they have encountered to alleviate their trauma.

I am proud to say I am a student of REENA and learned NLP from her initially. REENA's enthusiasm is infectious; at the same time, her sincerity and dedication to NLP is arresting. In one sense, she is a taskmaster who will grill the students until they become comfortable with NLP.
Rare indeed are NLP Masters like REENA who care for students like the spiritual masters of yore.
Anyone wanting to learn NLP must follow NLP, meaning N_ever L_ose P_atience. If one has this NLP, one can become NLP, meaning N_ew L_ovable P_erson.
I don't know why REENA did not communicate her fascinating NLP course conducted in a very conducive environment for learning. Basic & Master - at two levels, she trains participants to gain expertise in NLP.
Attending an NLP course is no great deal; many are in the market. Who conducts the class, what is the expertise, credential of the trainer/coach is very important.
REENA's dedication and enthusiasm inspired me greatly.
Through this forum mail, I express my thanks to REENA for having played her part well in making me a trainer with NLP exposure, experience, and enthusiasm (I have trained over 500 people in NLP in the last 3 years).
