dear seniors, pls let me know about the procedure of submission pf form in death case and what is the documents is required for settle pf claim.

Nominee/legal heir should apply in Form-20/Form-10-D/Form-5IF.
a) If the member has not executed any nomination, the application should be supported by a certificate of family members issued by the employer or a legal heir certificate issued by a revenue officer.
b) Death certificate of the member.
c) Certificate of the employer stating whether the death was while in service of the member or not.
