Dear sir,
My name is Harish from India, and I am working as an HR executive in Bangalore with 4 years of HR experience. I received a job offer from a 5-star hotel in Poland through online channels, based in London. I submitted my CV, and within 3 days, I received an Interview form and Personal details form online. I completed the forms and sent scanned copies. After 3 to 4 days, I received an Appointment letter confirming my selection as an HR executive. They also provided information on where to apply for a visa.
I have a question regarding whether this job offer is genuine or fabricated. Please help me understand how to verify its authenticity.
Looking forward to your response.
With regards,
Harish

Greetings,
I second MK; please ignore all such emails. These are scams where they would ask you for money to allow you to attend the interview. These offers are purely fake. Please spread this awareness.

Dear Harsha,
Please check the email ID first. If you have received an email from an ID like
, it may be genuine. However, if you have received emails from
, they are fake. Companies do not use Gmail or other IDs; they use their own IDs, just like I mentioned in the example.
I am sure you have received a spam email.
Thanks

Hello Harish,
I second Nabimita, MK, Simhan, and others. Since you are in HR yourself, the moment you received the Appointment Letter, you should have been alerted. Have you ever issued an Appointment Letter WITHOUT ANY FORMAL INTERVIEW? Judging by what you mentioned, you simply filled in forms but never attended any interview, either face-to-face or telephonic. Do you get the point?
