I am working in a pharmaceutical company as an Executive in HR & Admin. The company wants to start TDS deduction from salary. Can anyone tell me what TDS is? How can I calculate TDS? Is it refundable or not? If yes, then how? Please tell me.

If your company starts TDS deduction from the salary, they will have to file the TDS return as well.
