B. Payroll Activity ( Attendence, LMS,( Calculation of ESIC,PF,PT,IT), Claims, Prepare Salary Sheet, Software Entry, Salary Release).
C. Statutory Compliance – ESIC (Decleration, Name Add, Duplicate ID, Biometric Card, Organise ESIC Camps on MPCG), PF (Declaration, Withdrawal Form), Warning Letter, Termination Letter, Coordination for Labor License, Handling Registers, Liaising with Labor Officer.
D. Medical Insurance ( Cashless Treatment, Pay & Claim to Insurance Company, Death Claim) , Tour & Travel Claims ( Checked & Process the Claims) , Mobility SIM Connection Handling, ID Cards.
E. Maintain HRMIS, Client MIS , Provisioning, Invoicing.
