You need to work with the people who are already doing these jobs in YOUR organisation and write the job descriptions based on their day to day duties.
It is also a good opportunity to understand their work and also to reassign duties that may logically belong to another person for efficiency purposes.
Very difficult for someone else to give you details of the jobs as none of us work in your organisation!
Whilst there may be some generic duties common to a position over many different industries, the bulk of the duties of a position will be specific to your place of work.
Once you have established the position descriptions for each job, then you can develop the KRA's or KPI's relevant to each job based on the work.
