Hi, I am working as an assistant manager in HR for the last 3 months without proper certification. It's a good opportunity given to me; however, I think I am not doing well in my work. I want tips on how to improve and become a perfect HR manager.

Dear Ankita,
All the best for your role. If you really have the zest for being a good HR professional, there is no need for any certification. Get on-the-job training; day-to-day activities will provide you with more knowledge.
However, there are three requirements for you to define:
1. What kind of HR setup does your organization require?
2. What resources are available?
3. Is the management ready for the implementation?
Clarify the above with your management. Then it would be the right time for you to have a perfect start.
