If you know how to identify the hidden talent inside an applicant or recruit the right applicant with the right skills, talent, preference, and more, then you don't have to attend talent management training. I am facing a lot of issues related to employee talent which are not visible after recruiting a candidate, but before that, he acted as if he had everything, limited to his communication skills only, but no practical experience that I was looking for. It's very difficult to identify the hidden talent or hire the right guy.

Hello,
Talent Management involves finding the best talent through sourcing and recruitment, nurturing your best talent, and identifying talent, whether internal or external. In simple terms, it includes identifying what your people can do, efficiently deploying them, and determining where all this talent can be utilized in the future, which may involve cross-functional movements.
