Most of the Statutory personnel (PF & ESI) are when ever they visiting organisation they need the copy of the ledgers is it require ? Since they already checking the Salary & Wages registers both Employer and Contractors ? with the respective challan copies. Response please.

they are labor officer, we have to furnish all details as per their norms, We have to show them all register even they check daily attendence register with working time,

U r asking wonderful question. They are having all the powers to verify our revenue and cash ledgers eventhough they see our salary and wage regiseters because they may verify whether indirect labour is involved in our day to day activities.
