Meaning Of Some Of The Words In HR Terminology.

Dear All, Please tell me the meaning of some of the words in HR terminology. PLA, CCA, AR These are done at the time of calculation of CTC. i am not able to understand. Please let me know. Regards

Dear Pooja,
CCA is city compensatory Allowance. It will vary based on Locations. For tier one cities like Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore Kolkatta it will be high. For tier 2 cities bit less than tier 1 and tier 3 city no CCA.
