Our company is a private limited company. We are in the process of developing HR policies specifically tailored for a private limited company regarding various types of leave. Can anyone provide suggestions on how to effectively formulate HR policies concerning leaves?

    As Shaik mentioned, we can provide the above-mentioned leaves. CL (12/year) and SL (12/year) cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year. Whereas PL can be carried forward for a maximum of 24 days as per the statutory.
