Is this based on Position Classess / Market Rates.

Please mention for which state these wages are to avoid confusion of the fellow members. Atleast these are not for Maharashtra.

We need to calculate the cost of labor (skilled & unskilled) for the Business Plan (new Manufacturing unit) and I need to provide it to our General Manager. Requirement: Wage/pay-scale in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bangalore & Chennai. Is there any website where this information can be accessed? It would be nice if seniors could guide me in calculating the same.
