Dear Mr. Arun,

I would advise you to be very professional in terms of business strategy. This is a general concept with nothing substantial to take from it. I'm sorry if it hurts you, but at the end of the day, we are professionals and we aim to achieve success.

Dear Arun,

Nice presentation and good for understanding the basics. Maybe you could do some R&D to create a series that takes the topic to higher levels of content for a value-adding learning process and market it as a training module. Very often, many people use the term "strategy" without truly understanding its meaning and how to strategize effectively. Well done.

Hello Friends,

I am an HR fresher, just completed my degree in July. I started working here in Raigarh (C.G.). My god! This place is damn for professionals. I went to a company. They offered me the post of HR manager with the condition that I will not take a single holiday during the week, meaning they have a 7-day working week. As well as they wanted me to work for 11 hours a day. I have rejected the offer. Here, everyone does the same. If you take a holiday on Monday or Saturday, your Sunday's salary will also be deducted.

Due to some personal circumstances, I am bound to live and work here. But all I want to know is, "Is it justified?"

Dear Mr. [Please provide the last name],

Thank you for this informative document. After reviewing the attachment, I have a few inputs to share:

A. The strategy should be based on a Win-Win Situation.
B. The results of the strategy should be inclined towards a commitment to change.

In Hindi - "पास का फायदा देखने से पहले दूर का नुकसान देखना ज़रूरी है।"

I noticed on citehr.com that only a handful of members have posted their comments. It's astonishing that over 1000+ members have visited the post and downloaded the document. Guys, let's appreciate Mr. Arun for sharing this document.

Thank you.

Dear Arun,

Great PPT done by you. STRATEGY, the word widely used in business. No doubt it gives you knowledge and power. But the application of knowledge is the key. After all, it is common sense.

Business Strategy is well explained in the above picture as an analogy: Refer to the leaf near the conventional bulb. It kills the leaf in the process of glowing and not correctly is similar to forming a strategy to kill competition, human resources, etc. Refer to the upper leaf that is kept away from a CFL bulb. It is similar to using the right resources and growing along with competition, right delegation, etc. Ignore the distance in the given example. It is only an analogy.

Hope it is clear to you.

Regards, AVS
