Dear Mr. Bhosale,
It is quite satisfying to find so many good articles and materials being posted by people here on Citehr.
One question keeps coming to my mind: how good is it to put materials that, if used or practiced by people who are not good or expert at doing things, can turn out to be fatal?
I request you not to post any material that could pose health hazards to people.
One cannot learn how to give an intra-muscular injection or an intra-venous injection just by seeing posters or reading from books. It has to be practiced and studied thoroughly. A layman can only administer or receive insulin as an IM injection.
One key reason is that there are specific sites where injections can be given intramuscularly, and the person administering them must understand the underlying anatomy to avoid damaging nerves.
Not all injections can be given as IM. Proper asepsis must be followed before giving an IM injection, and the angle of injecting the needle must be maintained.
In conclusion, I must emphasize that injections should only be given by authorized medical personnel. Therefore, please refrain from sharing this kind of knowledge.
Even in life-threatening situations, intramuscular injections are not administered due to their slow effect. Mentioning them seems unnecessary.
It would be great if you could provide information on how to save lives, and I am willing to assist you.
Thank you and regards,
