Hi Friends,
I m attending few interviews for recruiter and I m really facing some problems in answering some questions.I m not able to make my interviw happy.
The first qusetion would be...tell me about urself......pls tell me the format...i do have 1.8 yrs of experience (its like 10 months gap 10 months so total 1.8 yrs)
if they are asking target and closures i really dnt know WAT to reply....usually how many closures and target do they expect from recruiter.
I technical side...like how i need to prepare..I m struggling hard to come up in my career.All myy friends are well palced and they all are in It sector...but ilike only hr side.
Pls dnt ask me to search in this website..the questions and answres.generally everybody does say this..
