Hi All,

I request you to post probing questions to assess the following skill sets for BPO Recruitments:
- Communication
- Attitude
- Fitment into the company's culture
- Stability issues

In addition, for outbound sales campaigns, what are the other interviews apart from personal discussions that could be appropriate?

Hi all,

In the BPO sector, the questions should be asked in a logical way. For example, "Is the candidate willing to work for rotational shifts? (Y/N)" If the candidate answers yes, then we have to check the candidate's availability.
