Please visit thier site and write to the HR id. Do offer your case for background verification and request for the information. The best way is to call up the center and speak to the HR Manager to the employee .It may take you some rounds to reach through the IVR systems , but if you present your case, it will be answered.
Another way is to look up for the concerned HR lead in Linkedin. You can send a direct message there . Its a private yet sure shot way to reach them.
A request in an open forum , everyone would wish to safegaurd their privacy hence may not share such email ids. Hence do try and reach the person directly .

Hi (Cite Contribution),
I have a case wherein I lost the appointment + experience letter of an employer of mine, where in I worked for almost 2 years.
When I visited that company premises, the company itself is closed now. Should I include this is my resume? as I have no proof for the same and should i show that i was looking for job in this tenure as these 2 years were after i completed my graduation.
