Dear All,

Please find attached the Roadmap of the Personality Development Programme and the related questionnaire. I have been able to create this roadmap based on my life experiences from providing training for the last 35 years. This is a lifelong implementation program aimed at achieving a Totally Organised Personality. While training can be provided over a few days, the implementation period extends until the last day of our lives. Each module contains several sub-modules that a trainer needs to develop.

Hi,

A very comprehensive compilation painstakingly undertaken and liberally shared. Wonderful post, although it may be a wee bit heavy for the majority of the people going through the contents. As Shashrz has observed, the answers to the PD questionnaire would enhance the value of the post.

Many of you going through this post will also immensely benefit from the following Inspirational and Motivational Blogs:

Dear Shashrz,

My idea is that when questions are accompanied by answers, our brains function less effectively. Furthermore, your perspectives on any question may be different and valid. I respect others' thoughts and feelings.

This forum serves as a platform for sharing our views and ideas, enabling us to learn many new things. I have provided answers for all questions. Your contradictions to my answers present an opportunity for me to enhance my knowledge.

Thanks & Regards.

Dear Mr. Jacob,

Thank you very much for your comments. You are right to mention that it's a little bit heavy for the majority of the people. The reasons are:

- Different perceptions about the personality
- "Everyone has a personality, but few have a complete or organized personality," this is not commonly known.
- A roadmap is not a detailed journey planning.
- Even if I wish, I cannot submit the detailed and comprehensive program of personality development in this forum.
- Personality development is a continuous implementation process that ends at the end of life, but training (which is a drive) has some period.
- This roadmap is not ultimate, and time would demand a change in concept.
- And much more

I have read a few of your blogs. Those are highly motivational. I love to read such inspirational, life-changing subjects.

Thanks & Regards,
