Dear Friends,

I am interested in knowing about specific training modules. Are there modules for trainers, such as "train the trainers"? Does a module exist for training the people who assist top-level managers? Perhaps a module like "manage the managers"? It should be crafted with Executive Assistants and secretaries in mind. If any of you have such information, please do share.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Bharathi,

For executive assistants and secretaries, interpersonal skills and the concept of communication are very important. Secondly, they can be taught maxims of politeness and maxims of positive thinking as well. I will design a suitable training program for this audience.

To make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post.

Thanks,
Dinesh V Divekar

Bharathi, you can easily design a training course of your own covering topics such as time management, diary management, client and staff liaison, handling confidential matters, meeting and event organization, communication skills, problem-solving, delegation, etc. Look at the role descriptions of managers, secretaries, and executive assistants and tailor the training around those topics.

Hello there, mates! Management is something where you have to deal with your clients, people, and assistants. If you are on a managerial level, I assume that you have the right qualifications and enough knowledge about dealing with and training your assistant. For me, the basic thing is to train your assistant on how they should handle your daily activities because the firm you might be working in has a different system than another company. As the word "assistant" implies, basically, they are there to provide you with assistance for what you need.

Good day then, mates!
