In case of Bandh declaration the office never closes,But employees are not able to come office.So it looks like closed.We always put CL mark in the attandance.Whoever able to come mark as present.

It all depends upon the State Government Policy. In Karnataka, for example, the BJP Govt. will support, whereas in Tamil Nadu, the DMK Govt. will not support. Hence, It all depends upon the tone of the Government.
