Indeed, a very good lesson for us, which might make us more thankful to God and continue loving whatever we are blessed with in our life. Keep posting such lessons.

In my point of view, it is not the presentation that you have attached here because a presentation means that you have full command of your related topic and can convince others about your point of view.

Dear Raj Kumar,
Why do you always feel that people are copying from one another? Do I have any barometer to measure which PowerPoint presentations have already been posted and which have not? It might happen. Take it easy, man. What do our other friends say about this matter?
Thank you.

Dear priompritom,
If you have not "copied" the PPT, do you claim that you have "created" it?
I have already posted the threads where this PPT is available much before you posted it on this thread.
It is a well-accepted and universal courtesy to acknowledge the source if someone is "reproducing" anyone else's creation. There are things like "copyrights" and "intellectual property rights," which one should make oneself familiar with. Else, you should only post articles and PPTs which you yourself have created.
HR professionals are expected to understand and interpret rules and points of laws for the benefit of employees or implementation. It gives a very poor reflection of the acumen of HR professionals if they do not understand the terms "COPYRIGHT" or "Intellectual Property Rights" and keep on simply reproducing/copying other people's work unashamedly without even an acknowledgment.
You do not need a "barometer" to measure what is copied or not. It is very easy to find out by using the "SEARCH" tools. How do you think I found out that you have posted a "copied" material?
Finally, by appealing to popular sentiments in your support "what other friends say about this matter???" is not the right way to defend such matters.
Warm regards.
