Induction is the process done at the time of an employee joining the company. It is one of the joining formalities. You have to plan the induction a week ahead of the date of the employee joining. Depending on the nature of the business, the induction needs to be planned. The new employee needs to understand the workflow of the company and all departmental overviews. Major and main departments have to provide their departmental overview and explain their role in the company. Even if the new joinee does not belong to or is not related to a particular department, that department also needs to conduct the induction. This will help the new joinee understand the department well.

I am not very clear about your question, but from my side, Induction is something that is not done on a daily basis; it is done only when a new employee joins the company. An Induction checklist would include the following:
- Company's policies, procedures, and norms
- Groupware Introduction
- HR Policies (Leave policy, corporate lunch facilities, in-house magazines, and so on)
- In relation to accounts (Bank account application, Deductions, and other information)
- ISO standards if the company is registered
- Administrator and usage of the same to be discussed.
There are different parameters of induction, and it is suggested that they are carried out by the respective heads of the departments.
