I have joined a renowned BPO. I am an MBA in retail. However, after 6-7 months, I didn't enjoy working in retail. That's why I decided to change my field, but I am not finding a suitable job. That's why I moved towards this sector. The work will involve the backend process of a bank done by an MNC. Is it the right decision for me, and can I expect any growth in this sector? Please help.
