Dear friends,
I'm an MBA fresher. Nowadays, dominance of freshers and juniors is quite common. How can we tackle this problem in the work environment? Please suggest some ideas. How can we overcome this issue? Please help me, my dear seniors.

More and more focus on your work, try to reduce mistakes, and learn. Don't think about office work and your boss after office hours. Wait for your fine day. Remember, only a bad boss can teach you a lot, and it's up to you how you take things. Keep smiling :)

Office politics is everywhere. Some seniors like to make others wait their turn. Keep learning from mistakes; without making mistakes, you won't know how to do things practically. Focus on your work. There are some seniors who are good to learn from.

Good thread.
Even I am in a similar situation. The best way out is to keep quiet and follow the rule that seniors are always right until you establish your own place. Even after that, politeness should always be maintained.

It's a common problem everywhere. However, I am at a stage where I feel that not only dealing with a boss is difficult, but dealing with your subordinate is pretty challenging too. So, patience and, of course, experience along with many other things teach a lot in life.

Hi Suganyahari,
This is a common problem anywhere. Just do the following things:
- Know your strengths.
- Reduce your mistakes in doing the work.
- Know your core competence.
- Don't think of your juniors unless they are to work with you.
- Keep your cool all the time, even if they intentionally provoke you.
- Never discuss these things with your colleagues unless they are close to you.
One day, due to your attributes, they will definitely accept you and behave accordingly. Hope these can help you.

Oh... Somehow, I am in the same situation. The best way to handle this situation is to remain silent. Silence is the biggest weapon to beat anyone in the world. Just focus on work and give 110% performance. Keep the dangerous weapon always handy; that is SILENCE.

Its not all about the thing comes to us, it depends how we take it forward.
"When we start walking we carry an empty bag with us, we look at the good and bad things and immediately load it with.. we somehow don't realize how it can be beneficial for us but we keep filling out our empty bag.."
If we'll start filtering the bad things, which is giving us unnecessary load, we would surely be able to take out positive things with us.. don’t look at those, which might not be useful for you.. Look at the point where someone ask you that you have not done it properly..

Dear friend,
You have posed a good question. Every person's major intention is to control other people, regardless of the field. In every field and in every person's life, this dynamic occurs. Each day can feel like a battle, and to navigate it successfully, one must adopt a more strategic and tactical approach. At times, you may encounter domination not only at work but also from your family and friends in various forms. Before delving into how to counteract this, it is crucial to understand people's psychology.
Everyone harbors insecurities. When you showcase yourself and your abilities to the world, it inevitably stirs up feelings of resentment, envy, and other manifestations of insecurity. While it is natural to face such reactions, it is important not to dwell on the trivial emotions of others. However, with those in positions of authority over you, a different strategy is required. When it comes to power dynamics, overshadowing the master can be a grave mistake.
Avoid displaying your talents at inappropriate times as it may lead to rejection or resistance from those in power. Their desire to control you often stems from their own insecurities. To maintain their dominance, they resort to various controlling tactics.
During such times, submission to the dominating individual becomes necessary. Create an environment where the person dominating you feels comfortable sharing their emotions, thoughts, and objectives with you. Then, target their weaknesses in a manner they do not anticipate.
In moments of weakness, refrain from fighting for the sake of honor; opt for surrender instead. This approach allows you time to recuperate, torment, and frustrate your opponent.

No one can dominate any person unless his/her acceptance, or lack of Knowledge relating job responsibility, organization culture etc. how to face this problem Number. One patience.. Patience.. Patience …second used tactic remember knowledge is not everything during the work. Third never shared or discussed this kind of problem to colleague, office staff and others those who acknowledged your seniors. Last more than 10 years am doing the same and to some extent succeed.

Domination and mistakes are two different things. Everyone makes mistakes; what's important is how you learn from them and avoid repeating them in the future. If you keep repeating the same mistakes, it becomes a blunder that multinational corporations do not accept.
When it comes to domination, if it's related to experienced people in your team trying to learn things quickly and not giving others a chance to speak, you need to be proactive and aim to collaborate rather than dominate.
Most importantly, I like your signature. Practice it :)

Thank you all,
Aside from Suganya, I would like to share something with you. I think you did your MBA, right? You may be aware of the principles of Hierarchy in an organization. As per psychology, everyone wants to establish their position using their own abilities and resources. As per the hierarchy, if they are at the top level compared to you, no doubt they always want to stand above you. Understanding that this is common in organizations.
First, equip yourself 360 degrees and try to outperform others. I mean, try to earn recognition by cooperating with them as well as through hard work...
