I am Sushmita. I have completed M.A. in Psychology and am currently pursuing M.B.A. (HR). I have been working with a management consultancy for the past 2 months. 1. Be prepared with the details and theory of all the consultancy work you have done.

2. Go to their website and check out what they provide consultancy on, and be prepared with detailed theories on those topics. For example, if they specialize in HR audits, ensure you are well-versed in the theories and methodologies related to that area.

There are 3 things an employer looks for in a prospective candidate:
1) Candidate's interest in the field
