Leadership traits and categories are well introduced in this presentation. The title of issues in leadership in the last slide looks inappropriate; please check!
I conducted research on leadership in community-managed natural resources in a few countries way back in the year 1999. Some common conditions that communities across different countries mentioned were (in order of priority): Honesty, ability to carry all members along, clarity and articulation, better educated/knowledgeable than themselves, and ability to negotiate with the government, powers, and other stakeholders.
Later, when I checked, many other people from industry, academia, and urban centers have expressed similar views on the acceptability of leadership.

Dear Reshmi,
Thanks for the good presentation about leadership theories. It would have been more useful if you had elaborately covered transformational leadership, which is currently considered the best form of leadership. Alternatively, you could have focused solely on this aspect, as many companies may find it beneficial. Please consider this as a suggestion and perhaps prepare another presentation specifically on transformational leadership.
I hope you don't mind me mentioning that an article of mine on "Transformational Leadership" was published in "The Banker" journal's December 2007 issue, which is published by the INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION. If you wish, you can read it for your benefit.
