You might be interested in having a look at a government website in South Australia. The link no longer exists, so unfortunately, I can't provide it here. The link used to take you to a page about "Commissioner's Standards," which provides some policy direction on a range of HR matters. The actual standards themselves can be downloaded from the bottom of the page. The site probably won't meet all your needs but may offer some "creative inspiration"! Good luck!

I wish to know if the various percentages mentioned therein are standard for all levels of employees or if they are calculated differently.
